Knitwear Collection Development

End-to-end childrenswear knitwear collection, covering concept development, material sourcing, knit structure innovation and full product execution through to production-ready garments.

The work included technical design (tech packs and specs), fit development and sampling, pricing input, production follow up, and final approval of pre-production samples including trims, labels and packaging. In addition, I contributed to commercial and marketing execution through catalogue development, campaign planning and sales material for wholesale and retail launch.
